In most pay to win games, you would spend a little to get an advantage that you could grind if you hadn't spend. I've never seen such a pay to win game in my life before. This is just so unfair, so toxic, and intolerable. On the the other hand, he was a level five who thought that spending is the same as playing with skill. Better luck to you next time." But the truth is that I am a level 18 player with over a year of experience. To add insult to injury, at the end, in the newspaper he posted an article that said something like "West Libya sucks. Every time my captured my empty province, he would entirely rebuild it with forts so I couldn't counter attack. East Algeria, who turned out to be the spammer, swarmed me with over 30 armored cars and infantry, and captured my provinces one by one. LIke what monster would PAY to remove WORKSHOPS and RECRUITMENT CENTERS? In all my provinces, my morale was reduced to abysmal percentages, and most of my resources were near 0 if not 0 and in red. I left this game for NOT EVEN 24 HOURS, and when I came back, literally ALL of my fortresses, recruitment centers and workshops were gone or damaged. I was West Libya in the process of building my economy and military to prepare an attack on East Libya. I decided to play a 31 player game this time, hoping there would be less crazy people to deal with. But no, there just has to be one person in each game who has too much money they don't know what to do with. I quit this game for a few months after that, but just decided to give it another try. There just HAS to be a better way for Bytro to make money. I don't blame the other coalition I blame the big spender. I seriously wonder how much money he spent on this game. We could have easily won if not for this fucking idiot monster spender. They were like 10:1 ratios.īy this time, maybe 70% of our troops and most of our economy was devastated from the investment from this war when another coalition swooped in, destroyed us. In the newspaper, the casualty rates were ridiculous. In another 2 weeks, after we took away half of his provinces in Scandinavia, he gave up and stopped spending. It was so annoying because he kept destroying all our fortresses out of thin air with goldmarks, and constantly lower my morale. It took about a month to kick him out of my original territories, which had been reduced to border gore. Me and my coalition focused all our power to fight him, and eventually forced him back, one of my coalition members also used goldmarks to fight against this goldmarker. The rest of my coalition members quickly marched in troops from their nations, and were also subsequently slaughtered. Once his troops captured the first provinces against me, he instantly built factories, forts, and railways, and spammed railguns and planes, from that province, he spread like wildfire, there was literally nothing we could do. I saw scary stacks of like 50 cavalry and 30 tanks crossing the straits and we just couldn't destroy all of them. ![]() In vain we fought back, but he just sent more and more spammed units. He made his move at the Denmark region, which was my territories and sent infantry and mechanized units. Like magic, built rails, harbours, and forts instantly, and hardly took any casualties (probably healing them whenever got damaged) We all were pretty sure that he was a spender and my closest neighboring coalition member sent over troops, equipment, and aircraft to aid me in preparation for an attack against him before he spread any more. I messaged my coalition about this situation. ![]() ![]() From what I can tell, he didn't really know how to play that well, but certainly knew how to use his wallet. It wasn't long before I saw that he had about multiple stacks of about 5-10 battleships coupled with loads of tanks and heavy tanks pounding the southern coast of Sweden and Norway which he was capturing. (Most of the Scandinavian players had gone AI by now). I noticed that Norrbotton had started rapidly expanding around in all directions in Scandinavia. By day 50, I had well over 150 provinces, and was in the first place coalition with six other players in Europe and the Middle East. In the first game, I was playing as Hannover in a 500 player map. Like why do they even exist? Is it really a game if someone can just pay hundreds of dollars and win against everybody else who don't spend? Can you name a single game as pay to win as this? I've had two games RUINED by goldmarks IN A ROW.
